Rezept: May Chang (Litsea cubeba): 3 Tropfen Ho-Wood (Cinnamomum camphora ct. linalool): 3 Tropfen Fraktioniertes Kokosöl (Bio) bis 10 ml auffüllen
Zubereitung: Ätherische Öle in die braune Glasflasche geben. Mit fraktioniertem Kokosöl bis kurz unter den Flaschenhals auffüllen. Rollkugel und Verschluss fest aufsetzen. Flasche 1–2 Minuten sanft zwischen den Handflächen rollen, um die Öle zu vermischen. Hinweis: Vor jedem Gebrauch leicht schütteln.
Anwendung: Nach Bedarf auf die Schläfen, Handgelenke oder den Nacken auftragen und sanft einmassieren. Der Roll-On eignet sich für die diskrete Anwendung unterwegs, am Arbeitsplatz oder vor dem Schlafengehen. Für Stressmomente: Auf die Innenseiten der Handgelenke rollen und tief einatmen. Bei Spannungsgefühl: Sanft auf Schläfen und Stirn auftragen (Augenkontakt vermeiden). Für Einschlafritual: Auf Nacken und Schultern auftragen.

Recipe: May Chang (Litsea cubeba): 3 drops Ho-Wood (Cinnamomum camphora ct. linalool): 3 drops Top up with fractionated organic coconut oil to 10 ml
Preparation: Add the essential oils to the brown glass bottle. Top up with fractionated coconut oil to just below the bottle neck. Firmly attach the roller ball and cap. Gently roll the bottle between your palms for 1–2 minutes to mix the oils. Note: Shake gently before each use.
Application: Apply to the temples, wrists or neck as needed and massage in gently. The roll-on is suitable for discreet use on the go, at work or before bedtime. For stressful moments: Roll onto the inner wrists and breathe in deeply. For feelings of tension: Gently apply to the temples and forehead (avoid eye contact). For a bedtime ritual: Apply to the neck and shoulders.
